soooooo.... this is for my get pushed challenge... Francoise challenged me to do a photo that "depicts or represents devotion"...
"devotion" is one of those words that just doesn't seem to be in my lexicon and i really struggled with this... finally went with the definition: " the use of time, money, energy, etc., for a particular purpose"...
most weeks i do some sort of exercise daily... my preference is running (well, jogging... very very very slowly...) but my knees would be screaming abuse at me if i did that every day, so i have to alternate with other things like cycling, yoga and swimming...

I was going to write you a comment about expanding the definition from whatever you first thought it was, but I forgot and you did that yourself... You do this kind of shot with big bright areas and big dark areas SO WELL! love it. You might enjoy the fact that I showed my husband the picture and asked what he thought it represented. He said, "someone cleaned their floor real good."
@francoise bahaaaa! yeah... that's the bit of floor i crawl around on whilst doing my set up shots... i expect my butt works quite nicely as a duster ;p tx for the push... it definitely made me think!!
I think it fits quite well. Seemingly you managed to combine two things in one, the devotion to photography and the devotion to sport/running. And it's a very good combination, I'd say.
