there is no way i'm going to be able to keep this up all month... but this approach does have the slight benefit of requiring comparatively little thought so perhaps that may help with "stick-to-it-iveness"...
(mind you, this morning i was thinking it was a "yellow" day... and tonight, yesterday's "red" looks "pink" and today's "orange" looks "red"... so who knows... perhaps this explains why i infinitely prefer black and white 🙃)
