this is a miserable colour to shoot using tissue paper... the camera thinks it's white, and it's kinda downhill from there... as an aside, i believe the colours are meant to be blue, indigo and violet... or possibly blue, purple and pink... only indigo, violet, purple and pink confuse me... so that's not happening... there will be light blue, dark blue and purple... or maybe i'll just ditch this mess and go back to b&w 🙃
I did brown and black one year, then black and white another year. One year felt convicted that everybody else was sticking to the traditional rainbow so I should as well- lots of doctoring took place to get all those indigo shots, and last year I did the pink and purple thing so I can now say "been there done that" and not do it any more. This year I'm doing silver and gold. Next year... who knows. I hear you!
I see blue and I think your 1st rainbow week is looking really good. My strategy is to look at a box of 8 crayons (removing brown and black), then my rainbow becomes red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple. Then I just add on pink. I figure that part only needs to please me.
