@cogs hey Amir... i live in a big city and they are everywhere... for each license plate i manage to take a photo of, there are at least two or three that i miss because i can't get a camera out fast enough :)

@38mm urban dictionary has a few definitions for tiko... most of them rather politically incorrect (can't wait to hear your response on that... i think!)... the one that may be most appropriate (and least, uhm, provocative) is: "One who is greatly loved, revered, respected and admired."
