Secret Agent Man

I'm not sure I should even TRY to explain this...

This sorta kinda maybe streety shot is ostensibly for flash-o-red february...

The short story is that Juliette (@sparkle) gave me a push challenge this week to do panning shots, process in black and white and invert... I went out today to practice and realized that my settings were resulting in overexposing things, and then i decided to play around with it, and then i just got silly... so yeah...
