I’ve never made cinnamon buns before and thought I would give it a try with my girl. The first batch we made, by hand, did not want to rise during the allotted time. I figured I must have done something wrong, so I got out the bread machine and started and 2nd batch with a different recipe. By the time the 2nd batch of dough was ready, the first batch had risen. Four hours later, we ended up with two batches of rolls and they both were yummy! So of course I had to take a picture. :)
These look fantastic! I always make cinnamon buns for friends when I come up here for the summer (and into late fall.) No candles in the house make it smell as good as fresh-baked bread! ... I'm delighted to follow you as I look forward to seeing more Nova Scotia and Halifax photos!

Gary I made two different batches and both turned out well. I shared with friends and only have one left this morning. :)
