My postcard - Halifax, NS

McNabs Island is the largest island at the entrance of Halifax Harbour in Nova Scotia. Part of the McNabs and Lawlor Islands Provincial Park, McNabs Island is only a short boat ride from Halifax or Eastern Passage, but feels like a world away with its colorful past and unspoiled natural beauty. http://mcnabsisland.ca/

It was an awesome day!
I remember hearing about this island when we were there earlier this year. The whole of Halifax has such an interesting and dramatic history!

Great panoramic shot , I see the cruise ship Marco Polo is in port. Originaly named Aleksandr Pushkin launched in 1965 she is the last of the 5 Russian liners named after famous Russian poets

@summerfield Nope it's not the Bluenose Ms.V, it's the tall ship Silva, which does boat tours around the harbour. :) Thanks!
