It's interesting how much fear this little wire can cause in some of us, Yet I have seen some just grab hold of it and push it out of the way with no fear of the resulting shock they will get.
@casablanca Sorry I accidentally deleted your comment when replying to it. I had a similar thing happen to me when i was stepping down from a bank and there was a wire hiddennin the long grass. my wife presently reached close to a security fence in a storage yard we used. she came back to me looking a little shocked and said the fence really is electric.
