I was trying my newly acquired monopod, and it make life much easier when dealing with a heavy lens. I chose to come to this field where I knew I'd find some sheep grazing.
I went to the physiotherapist today, and he assured me that there were no serious issues. The Voltaren(Diclofenac) had a good effect treating a possible inflammation. Now I need to do some training of the knee, and I'm back to work tomorrow. I'm happy. Now I have two weeks of work before I leave for the Faroe Islands.
