This is Niels Edvard and Toril, old friends and former employers of mine when I worked at a SA shelter in the Faroe Island. The best food is served when having guest, so they served "Skerpikjøt", fermented and dried lambs meat to me. A dish I didn't like at first, but now I love it as a native :)
