A Sunny day at last. There was lots of activity at the pond in Vernon park today. The whole family of swans took off and as soon as they were up, had to land again before they ran out of pond.
@susiemc Thank you Sue, I heard them taking off and just pointed the camera in the right direction and hoped for the best. I have had to crop it a lot.
@koalagardens thank you, not very elegant when taking off. I have been wanting to capture swans taking off but always but always seem to be in the wrong place or not got the camera handy
