I wondered what that creature was - definitely the neck of a giraffe!! Looks like fun though and the kids would be loving it with the hot spell you are having,

@jan11 Perhaps it's a cross between a bull and a giraffe; they have to get the water up high enough to spray down, the children were having great fun.
