what a great shot, you are lucky Margaret, I know it sounds sad that they are reared by other birds but cuckoos are in decline so this is a great shot in more ways than one

@princessliz Thank you for your fav. I was in the right place at the right time, it is sad that cuckoos and so many other birds are in decline. I have just been reading in the RSPB magazine how so many are caught over the Mediterranean area. So Glad they are working to protect them. I hope this makes it to Africa and back
