The made path turned right here but people would continue along beside the river Leen until it turned under the tram lane and the green fence stopped you from going any further. A new path is being constructed, this will go past the tree behind the fence, along beside David Lane Tram Stop onto David Lane. This will provide quicker access to the tram stop for residents of the houses to the right of the photo and my walk to Bulwell will be shorter and pleasanter.
