@susiemc Thank you Sue and for the Fav. Yes it is Burton on Trent, It is an historic market town, this area is known as the Trent Washlands, catching the floodwater, hence the long bridge
ahhhh the old Trent bridge Bottom left is to the old Burton Cricket Club grounds, and on the right is the road down to where the old Victorian swimming baths we situated (used in my school days) thanks for the links
@ianjb21 Thank you Ian,glad you like it. I was intrigued by the other bridges leading from the main bridge and wondered why there was a substantial bridge down to a rather wet barren field.
