From where I stood I could see on clock on the square tower and one on the war memorial they both had different wrong time. I walked round the building with the square tower and the other 3 clocks were right. I didn't check the other three on the war memorial as my bus was due.
The time is....
@susiemc Thank you Sue, I could understand the clocks on the tower and the war memorial differing but not clocks on the same tower. The first one of the three is the right one.
