The top two pictures were taken last Saturday the bottom two in February last year and shows how much more water there is in the river, all heading for Nottingham.
The left-hand ones were taken from Burton Bridge, there was no sign of the weir on Saturday.
The right-hand ones were taken further up the river looking towards Stapenhill.
@ianjb21 Thanks Ian, There such a lot of rain so lots more water to drain from the hills. Must try to visit Burton at a different season of the year, hope you liked Saturdays views of Burton.
