My friend Stuart trying out an electric scooter. it has a top speed of 15 mile an hour. He wants one for Christmas.

@koalagardens @susiemc Thank you for commenting, you don't need a licence as they are not used on the road, could be gangrenous in the wrong hands, I have seen a few of them around Nottingham, perhaps I should get one.
