Continuing along the A612 we reach Lowden only basic road signs here but about a mile away toward the river is Caythorpe, with it's pottery in an old water mill. Continuing on along the minor road you reach Hovering again no decorative sign. in another two miles the A612 is rejoined at Thurgaton.
