Sorry I have been absent this weekend, had a busy few days.
On Saturday we were out in Newcastle to see a fabulous play called Creativity by local playwright Carl Caulfield. We have seen two of his plays previously, The Fine Art of Deception and Postcards From Kafka and they were brilliant, so when this play came up at the Playhouse Theatre in Newcastle, we had to go to see it. It was a brilliant play and we had a good day out.
The picture on the left is the program for the play and the other photos were taken at the entrance to the Playhouse Theatre.
What a lovely collage of interesting photos. It looks like a lovely playhouse.
Unfortunately we do not have a playhouse close by. The next would be in Cape Town, but driving on our roads is too dangerous as night, so we do not get out at all.
@ludwigsdiana What a shame you can't go out at night. Newcastle is about 60 km from where we live and we usually go to matinee performances for plays. That means we can be back here in the bay by about 6.30 pm and we go out for a meal locally.
