Whales, Whales and More Whales

I will eventually get round to posting the photos taken at Fingal Island a few days ago and I will start posting those tomorrow, but yesterday we went to Boat Harbour to watch the whales.

There were so many passing by. I did manage to get a few photos of them. Not very good photos I may add but it was so exciting to see them so close to the rocks at Boat Harbour.

Many of them were so playful, breaching and waving to the many people standing on the rocks watching them.

I never tire of watching the whales and on this day we must have seen about 40 or 50 in the short time we were at Boat Harbour. Some pods had between 3 and 4 whales in their groups.
