I've been out most of the day with our walking group and didn't have much of an opportunity to get a decent photo as we were walking in the bushland at the back of Fingal Bay and there was nothing very exciting to photograph. So I have decided to put a sunset photo which I took last night in Nelson Bay. After I took the photo of the boat at the marina the sunset was brilliant and this is one of the photos I took of it.
@gypsy6 No bushfires. I know what you mean. We have done very well this year with bush fires. Even though it has been so hot we have got away with no fires. Well apart from a small one at Tanilba and a small one at Medowie which were deliberately lit, but nothing close to us.
I needed the silver lining or golden one too. It came at the right time. I wasn't having a good day.
This is such a gorgeous collection of colours Babs. I wouldn't bother taking a shot out of my window today - it is battleship grey from horizon to horizon.
