Happy Birthday to me and .....

Today is my birthday. I took lots of photos, but I chose this one taken by David. Today's party is a joint one because it is also our friends Denis and Roy's birthday too.

I am in the red cardigan and to my left is Denis and to the left of him is Roy. We are all at Roy and Geraldine's house celebrating our joint birthday's. Couldn't fit everyone in this shot, but there were 28 of us altogether.

We had a brilliant buffet lunch and of course, eaten far too much food and cake!!!

Paul on the left is giving a speech and then they all sang 'Happy Birthday' for us.

Had a really good day.

Probably best viewed large and then you can see that we each have a cake of our own to cut!!! Of course, we did share it around.

@steampowered Thanks Paul. Didn't exactly keep it quiet though. We had a good party, too much to eat of course, and we have had a few soup days since then. Were out a couple of nights ago for Nic's birthday too. So many birthday's this month.

@onewing Over indulgence, eh? :o)) I have been struggling with my weight for years now. I have been on this Alternate Day Fasting diet for about a year now and have lost nearly two stone (nice and gently). I think that I will keep it off too.
