My people photo for today is this gorgeous chap who I saw at the Multicultural Festival. I just loved his hat, plaited hair and beads.
He was playing in a band later that day and I was glad I got this shot of him when I did because trying to get a photo of him when he was playing in the band was too difficult.
You did very well with this one - he looks like a happy chap. At the end of the year you should do one of those photo books just of your portraits - it would be a great keepsake.
@estherhelen Thanks Esther. The festival was full of interesting people. I was spoilt for choice as far as photos goes. A few of my people shots were from the festival.
@judy365projectorg Yes Judy he did know I was taking his photo. I usually ask people if I can take their photo. He was at the multicultural festival and there were lots of candidates for photos. A few have appeared on my 365 page.
@eyesmile Thanks for the fav Gena. I have just realized that most of men 'people' photos I have taken seem to have beards!!! There must be something Freudian about that I am sure!!!
Love it. It would be useful to take 'street' pictures for my blog, but I always chicken out on asking people if I can photograph them at the last minute.
@tryingforsighs Thanks Rachel. Live dangerously and give it a go. I only ask if I am taking a photo of a particular person on the street. If it is just a street scene with a person in it I don't. They have always said Yes so far though.
@sunraye I have enjoyed looking for people to put on here too.There are so many interesting people around.
