@joluise@yaorenliu@estherhelen@humphreyhippo@angelar@gamelee@gerry@derekvickers Thank you all so much. I agree with all of you. The light shining on it really brought it back to life. It did look leathery, but without the light shining it looked very dull indeed. No doubt it will be removed soon as this was on the cycle path and the undergrowth will be removed to stop bush fires spreading.
@gypsy6 Thanks Deb. It looked beautiful with the light shining on it. I suspect that this will be removed soon as it is on the cycle path and the undergrowth will be cleared. If it was in our garden it would probably stay there, as you say just a little bit of pink!!! ha!
@winnedreamer@lafish Thanks so much. It was just the light on this one which made it stand out. The others without the sun on them looked a bit flat colourwise.
@sunraye@tryingforsighs Thanks ladies. I am sure the dead ferns will be cleared from the cycle path soon to reduce the risk of bush fires, but they looked so beautiful with the sun on them.
@paulaw Sorry paula, only just noticed your comment on this photo. Been rather on the run this week. It didn't look dead to me either with the sun shining on it. The sun really brought it back to life.
