Traffic lights by onewing

Traffic lights

After doing some grocery shopping this morning I noticed a photo opportunity as I was putting the capsicums in the fridge. They just reminded me of traffic lights.

Am feeling a bit cross eyed this afternoon. I have been writing up my great grandfather's story on my Dad's side of the family and he certainly led a complicated life. Need a cup of tea now.
Great idea, Beautiful colors! The traffic light--I see it too!

Clever idea! I find the family history writing to be very emotional as well as taking energy actually doing the word processing.

@quietpurplehaze Thanks Hazel, I agree very emotional on occasion. My grandfather died during ww1 and I found the memorial of his death at the Menin Gate Memorial site. Very sad. Also I found his war record too.

@888rachel @bella_ss Thank you both. Yes interesting racing my family. I have discovered that my great grandmother's sister came to Australia in the late 1800s as a married lady. Her husband didn't like it here so he went back to the UK leaving her here in Melbourne. She met a chap who she lived with for a few years and they had 4 children and then in the early 1900s they decided to get married as they could qualify for a pension if they were married. She got married as Sarah *** spinster even though she was still married to her previous husband. I don't think anyone ever found out that she was a bigamist though. They went on to have 8 more children.
