January 4th, 2016
Perfect for the song!
January 4th, 2016
I like that the water in the background is quite choppy but calm in the foreground.
January 4th, 2016
She looks a bit rocky... :)
January 4th, 2016
Beautiful scene and love the shades of blues and greens. Perfect for the song.
January 4th, 2016
Now you could be responsible for me not sleeping tonight cause I won't be able to get that song out of my head .. nice shot I like the contrast between the rough and calm water..
January 4th, 2016
Loving your song connections Babs :) The kettle is on too! FAV
January 4th, 2016
Yep, stuck in my head too. This great picture makes up for it (somewhat).
January 4th, 2016
Great shot, love the two blues in the waters...good contrast to the song, BUT, it is stuck in my mind too....LOL
January 4th, 2016
yep, anything that appears rough can always be tamed if necessary.... just like your sea (or your obstacles)
January 4th, 2016
Lovely shot and I guess identifying the obstacles is a good start to tackling them.
January 4th, 2016
I'll be singing it for the rest of the evening! Lovely clear shot too.
January 4th, 2016
I hope you don't need to move those obstacles Babs. It's a lovely clear day.
January 4th, 2016
Superb capture Babs, lovely clarity and depth of field, great song worryingly I remember all the words originally written and recorder by Johnny Nash in 1973 and released by Jimmy Cliff in 1993 expect its this one I remember, lol:)
January 4th, 2016
I love the rock formations and this is a surmountable obstacle Babs :)

These rocks aren't as bad as they look and are quite easy to navigate over. This is the same area I took the rock pool photos of in October last year. Some really interesting creatures in the rock pools here.
January 4th, 2016
Rock pools are a joy to explore. I've just finished hearing the 7:30 report where it was revealed scientists have found 20 new species of fresh water fish in the NW of Western Australia. Amazing. And by the way, guess what song is now on constant replay in my mind. Thank You.
January 4th, 2016

Amazing capture and wonderful detailed Rocks...Fav
January 4th, 2016
Nice the way your eye travels around the rocks and over to the horizon. Like your thinking too for 2016 Babs.
January 4th, 2016
That's a large obstacle, easy to get around though, I like your interpretation though
January 4th, 2016
Now you've done it..it's on my mind!

@ubobohobo Interesting stuff. I love rock pools. They do surveys here in Port Stephens every so often and have found a few new species of nudibranchs and other sea slugs in our area recently.

By the end of the week I am sure you will know the song word for word. ha ha.
January 5th, 2016
@paulaw Thanks Paula. The geology is very interesting in this area. These rocks are volcanic, mainly lava ash and also ignimbrite which were from a volcano about 10 km off shore about 350 million years ago.
January 5th, 2016
@creampuff Hope you do manage to put yourselves up front. Keep singing along and I am sure some of the positive side of this song will rub off. We can only do so much for other people and have to spend time on ourselves too otherwise we end up drained.
January 5th, 2016
Beautiful textures.
January 5th, 2016
Great shot baby. Keep the song going - it is great!
January 5th, 2016
