Judy and Peter

Friday people day and I thought I would post a photo taken on Tuesday at our local U3A.

On alternate Tuesday afternoon's we have Tuesday Speakers and this week Peter Lewis, who is the editorial cartoonist at the Newcastle Herald, gave a talk. The talk was really interesting.

During the talk he drew this cartoon of Judy who is the person who organized the event. She was so pleased with it and afterwards she drove straight away to get the image framed.

As he was doing the cartoon he asked her what her hobbies were and she told him, caravanning , cycling and knitting so he incorporated all of those in the drawing.

I took this photo with my mobile phone for our U3A newsletter and also sent a copy to Judy.
