Shoal Bay From Gan Gan Lookout

Sorry I am a bit absent at the moment, not posted for a few days.

I wasn't feeling too well, much better now but not got much phojo at the moment. I think all the events over the last few months with David's health problems have caught up with me and I am feeling a bit off colour and tired.

I have a medical appointment tomorrow for my three monthly top up of B12 so should feel a bit brighter then.

I will only be posting sporadically for the next few days but will post and catch up when I can.

Appointment at Lake Macquarie Hospital on Friday and then a quiet weekend. Hopefully by next week I should be back on track.

This is a photo taken a couple of weeks ago at Gan Gan lookout of Shoal Bay and you can see gymea lilies in the foreground.
