Lately I've been having computer problems...it hasn't gotten any better. today my computer took a full on nose dive! The worst part is that was the computer that had my CS5 and other editing software! Ugh! So now I'm faced with a dilemma, should I post fillers until the computer gets repaired next week or challenge myself to do a week SOOC! SOOC!!! I feel totally naked without editing my photos!
So for starters here is a filler shot from an old blacksmiths shop I visited in Old Town...completely processed like I like it...
Awesome shot.. I have a shot of the blacksmith from the Apple Festival on Sunday, but this is kewl.. the tones of the rust of the scorching from the fire.. and that brick backdrop.. I need a farrier.. soon.. :-)... I hope that you can rescue your computer.. I hate when that happens!!!
I say get naked and go SOOC! I love this tweaked shot though--it's subtle and the composition looks like the blacksmith just stepped away for a moment! :-)
Your shots are so awesome, I would bet SOOC is just as amazing! Love this filler with the colors and the textures!! Hope you are able to get your computer up to par soon. I couldn't imagine how frustrating that must be!

Grungy awesomness! Hope that 'puter gets well soon. I know what you mean about that naked feeling. I mean it's gotta start good SOOC, but dangit, the camera doesn't capture everything just right, does it?!
I'm also having computer issues, Jerry. I have to wait for my husband to get home so I can use his laptop and by 9pm, I'm shattered so can't be bothered. Maybe I'll join you in the SOOC thing for a while....
What ever happened to the art of taking a beautiful picture exactly how it exists in reality? Look at all the stunning pictures before digital was ever around. Processing and digital has spoiled us.
