@tryeveryday I shoot into the sun all the time it seems! If you get the sun just out side of your shot, I usually go for the corners, it gives a great blown out look!
@orangecrush I've been struggling with getting enough to get that dreamy blown out look without getting too much or too many flares. I posted two yesterday, and I think i've still got too much!! I didn't edit them because I'm really trying to work on getting the settings and lighting right without just changing it later, but one of them I totally blew out the sky in the background! I'll have to keep working. ;) Thanks for the tip!!
@tryeveryday Something else I do is I set my camera on AV (canon) and shoot with three different exposures, -2, 0, +2. The same if you were doing HDR. Sometimes the above or below exposure looks better than the single shot.
