This is my street shot for the ONS5 challenge. The Giants were playing our home team the Padres when I was down town! Got this shot of some outsiders having a pint and a bite!
I find street photography to be a lot of fun but I just get so impatient waiting for something interesting to shoot! Something I would love to spend more time on! :)
Excellent composition -- great structures in the background and good balance with the people. I also really like the watermark you did, as others have noted. Elegant!
I know exactly what you mean about waiting around for something interesting to happen... perhaps patience is the next thing to learn in photography ;) For me at least!
Love all the colored rectangles and the people at the extreme opposite ends of your composition.
The three guys have my attention and then I'm fascinated by the reflections in the windows and then my obsessive compulsive nature is creating number combinations with the number of "frames in each section"--great capture!
cool street... i like all the reflections in the windows... makes for a very cool pattern and light tones... yes - patience can be useful in street photography... as well as good reflexes ;p
Awe. San Diego is my hometown, so I've always had a soft spot for the Padres. Sorry about that no hitter, by the way. If it's any consolation, the Giants are losing their collective booties off to the Cards in the latest series... *sigh*

Great candid - it's like a found triptych.
