We took the girls and a couple of their friends to Oma's pumpkin patch today! Oma's is a farm and this time of year they go all out! We took a hay ride through the cows and actually saw a cow give birth! I've never seen that before and neither have the girls! Their eyes were as big as silver dollars! Pretty amazing and that little calf was so cute! I would post a pic but honestly, they were pretty gross! :o)
Very striking shot...I know what you mean about the photo being a bit gross of the birth , I'm a farmers wife and I wouldn't want to inflict half of what I see on the lovely people here!!!
Love Oma's and our friend that owns it! Great perspective and processing! I was there a few days ago with friends...still need to edit my photos! It was fun following a 1 yr old around exploring all of life's wonders!

I've sat by my cats when they've given birth... it's just amazing to watch and be part of. It's awesome you all got to witness a calf being born.
