today, I bought 1 kg salt (fine-grained washed sea salt) put it into a bowl and will let it be in the sun for about 5-7 days - the sun will put its energy into it. then pouring a bottle of (Bach) rescue drops into it and then: with this you are prepared against any type of infections or allergic stuff. you can use it to gargle your throat, against skin allergies, make a pack (like onion packs) etc.... super simple and very effective....

Sounds like it has some similar medicinal qualities to it like Apple Cider Vinegar (although you can't use that for gargling!). Nice textural shot.
