Out with the old in with the new by padlock

Out with the old in with the new

Sad day really as finally after good service I have replaced my old tuner with a modern one. No cables with this bad boy, clip it on the headstock, hit the note and tune it in if needed!! Awesome, what is funny is it probably cost the same as my old Seiko all those years ago. Wonder if it will take the knocks and drops that these things get well time will tell.
Lovely capture padlock and keep on playing.

Sounds like the old one was well used! Always a bit sad to replace something that has put in years of good service but congrats on the new one! Great dof by the way.

Sorry to be ignorant Padlock but what are you tuning...do you play an instrument? Looks like the end of a guitar!

Nice capture of a great looking piece of kit.

That looks a remarkable device - I always thought you had to tune a guitar by ear, as it were.

I have no idea what it is, but if you're happy, I'm happy ;)

Blimey, things have come on a bit since I was in a band. Used to tune my guitar with a little set of pitch pipes that I had to blow through! It was a bit rubbish, really...
