The start of the festive season for us. Xmas decorations are out and starting to be put up/out. Eldest back from Uni for a few weeks and youngest finishes school this week. Started shopping and was successful to a point so not a bad start all in all.
Lovely photo and I can scarcely believe my eyes - you are a man and have had some success Christmas shopping already!! I took the boy to town yesterday as he also has his dad's birthday to worry about. He connected to Waterstone's WiFi and ordered from Amazon - dreadful but at least as he couldn't afford Waterstone's full price versions so they weren't actually losing a sale. I'm hoping he paid attention when I patted one book and said loudly, 'I'm hoping for that.' And heaven help my husband if the shops have sold out of the things I've been hinting at for weeks. He only has me to worry about.
