Walked around the lake today and the resident Heron didn't fly off as it usually does. Managed a good close up and decent light under the trees.

@padlock do you know I guessed because I looked at the exif (I rarely do that!) I needed it for my heron a couple of weeks ago! Today's question, would I really notice the difference between the mark I and the mark II version?

@nicolaeastwood not sure I think the mkii has stabilisation which the mki doesn't. Camera world has a 2nd hand mkii for sale.
