Booked and ready to go

I always feel sorry for our local travel agent as she has to work so hard to get our holidays sorted. Not that we don't know where we want to go(which we don't) but when we want to go. She no longer asks us which year or month just a simple request how many days have I got. The best was a family holiday literally arranged one afternoon, net morning we were on a flight to Barbados. Anyway USA here we come, Denver, Yellowstone, Yogi Bear and Boo Boo, back via Washington DC all booked for next week. Can't wait, what will be strange is that is will just be me and Mrs P!!
Derbyshire for three days tomorrow, walking, photo's and a photo course. Whooppee.
enjoy, I am sure you will

You sound like us, never plan a holiday that far in advance (apart from the annual family sailing holiday where you have to keep an eye out for the best price as it fluctuates so much!!) Sounds like a super trip, have an amazing time and of course take loads of pics. Enjoy the photography course too.

Was just in Teton National Park this week! Definitely bring mosquito spray. They are really bad right now around there. I live in Denver. Are you driving to Yellowstone? Denver to Tetons is about 8 hours from Northern Denver through Cheyenne. I'd recommend going through Lander. If you want a nice place for coffee try Old Town Coffee on the main street in Lander. Great Kenya coffee.

Yellowstone is close to Teton, kind of. At least it is close to the border of Yellowstone. Then you will have to drive a LONG way to get to most of the things you will want see.
