Mum moose and calf

They are not the best on the eye but they are so big. As ever when you see a traffic jam there will be wildlife, people left before the calf showed itself.

ooh she is smiling! I love Moose, but then I would living where I do. I think they are rather cute, not at all ugly. Gentle giants until you get between a mother and her baby...she looks a bit upset that you are there actually!

Oh this is a great close shot....I have heard that more people are killed by Moose then any other wild animal. Especially when there kids are close by. Glad you survived! hahaha1
