Decided after sorting the external drive out with the help of Emma that they weren't going to get away with what they had said to me. So returned to two shops, drive in hand and told them in very specific technical language what I thought. At the first shop I was going to be polite until the manager told me I hadn't asked the right question!!!! The bad luck for him was that the shop was full when I vented my ire!!
So two shops visited, four employees spoken to and 8 red ears-I rest my case against not knowing your product. Have a good day because I did.
