Little Grebe with fish.

Small bird and big lake so had to crop. I could see the bird had something in its beak after diving and after looking at home it was quite a sizeable fish for such a small bird. Very damp out today and saw the Kingfisher after I had packed up and was coming home very cold and damp.

I love all the ripples going out from the grebe.
After getting cold and damp you would have thought the kingfisher would have at least had the decency to give you a chance at a photo

I like the ripples too and like Sarah said, the kingfisher should have made an effort to let you take his photo! Cheek of him/her!
