Wet Wednesday Market Day

Decided today to got to St Albans and visit the market. Great idea but as you can see some of the market didn't turn up. According to one stall holder it was really bad about 6.30 so many holders didn't bother to turn up. I don't blame them as their were hardly any shoppers around.

Pity the poor soul who went out in the rain and set up the market stalls, only for them to be unoccupied - looks quite unusual.

Does look pretty deserted. Has there been floods in Hertfordshire? Beds has been flooded in some parts and Fireman have had to carry out rescues
