I am taking part once again in Flash of Red February but with the system problems I have following an update of the operating system to Monterey I am using old B&W photos until I can get LR and PS working properly.
Fingers crossed I will get it all working soon. Not holding my breath!!
A beauty! I am still using Catalina as my computer store didn't recommend the last one. And, I was told to wait awhile for Apple to work out all the kinks first. Good Luck!
Beautiful! Are you using the online chat support? I talked to them on chat via my iPad whole they told me what to do on my Mac. They were excellent. It was complicated and I had 3 long days of many hours spent this way but it worked. Wishing you all the best!
@casablanca Yes I had a day chatting with an Apple expert and sorted a couple of things out. Unfortunately my big issues are with LR, PS and Topaz and other external editing products which he could not help me with as they are Adobe. I tried to contact Adobe but could not get past the automatic questions/answers which did not help. I have since realised that I did in fact install Monterey onto my external hard drive which I have now disconnected. Like a miracle my old operating system is on my Mac hard drive. I do still have problems but I am trying to make space before I contact anyone else. It just takes a long time going through all my pictures!! What I need to find out is can I uninstall Monterey from the external hard drive? I think that will be another call to Apple. I wish I knew what I was doing!!
