Instow beach this morning. We had a lovely walk and I was pleased that my back held up walking on the hard wet sand - the tide was on it's way out. George is always running ahead or doing his own thing. He always stops and looks back to make sure we are following. Finlay trying to trip me up to make me stop and give him a treat!! Some things never change!!
