We had a lovely walk on Instow beach this morning and just made it back to the car before the heavens opened and it was torrential rain. I popped into the local delicatessen and bought some pasties and I drove along to the beach front where we sat and ate our lunch sheltered from the rain watching the dog walkers running to get off the beach. They were all absolutely soaked!! We were so lucky!!
