This an iPhone image taken at lasts weeks Lunenburg market.
I am having problems with my MacbookPro and after many attempts it has now let me sign on in safe mode. I might see if I can contact Apple but I may leave it until I get home! Just what I needed when on holiday in Nova Scotia! Not happy!

I had problems with my husband's iPad Pro this week too. It asked for a pass code which was never set up. Took about three hours on the homogeneity Apple and three different people to get it unlocked. I understand your frustration.
