Peacock Butterflies

I hadn't seen any butterflies on our walk this morning when I spotted a few teasels at the back of the hedgerow. It was only when I got close that I realised that on every flowering teasel there were at least two Peacock Butterflies. Taken with my iPhone - so pleased with the phone camera!! Here you can see two butterflies one with wings closed and the other open enjoying the sunshine. Lovely to see these beauties!!
