I use lots of chilli in my cooking - the hotter the better!! I can't stand bland food and often add a little shake of something to a dish. Chopped chillies in a salad cetainly perks it up!!
Someone after my own heart! I must say not to long back I decided not to always add chilli. Now I have rediscovered the wonderful world of herbs and spices! There is always a place for chilli to be added though!

I had a really bad night and the "Topic of the day" kept going round in my mind (what is wrong with me?) Anyway Chillies was the only thing I could think of that if you looked at it you knew straight away what it tasted like - whether you liked it or not!! My sister took one look at my shot and said "YUK"!! LOL!!

Quite strange for me - I can't tolerate heat or heavily spiced foods yet I love the smells (aromas) and they are such punchy decorative items too! So I love them for their look and color and hate them in my food! I love the strength of your composition and the pop of the green and red!
