As this is the 4th July I wanted to have something American for my shot of the day. I was asked to take photos of my friend's daughter this afternoon when she was ready to go to her school Prom. This is her Dad's car a 1966 Ford Galaxie 500. He drove her and a friend to a pick up point where lots of the youngsters got onto an old bus and were taken to the Prom. I would have preferred to stay in the Ford Galaxie!! In fact I had a ride back home in it and it was fabulous!! Happy 4th July to everyone!!
