28th February 2014 - F for Feathery Pheasant's Face
Just try saying that when you have had a drink!! LOL!!
Last day of the F words!! I have enjoyed doing this - great fun finding shots to fit the theme.
Large is best!!
Many thanks for your great comments on my Frozen lolly yesterday which featured on the Trending Page which was lovely!! I have put up another one in the sequence in my Extras album - F for Fallen!! http://365project.org/pamknowler/extras/2014-02-28
Hopefully I will now be able to get back to taking photos again!! I have missed my camera!! I am so sorry for not being able to comment regularly on your fab shots - life just got in the way.
@elaine55 Thanks Elaine. I am taking it easy today as I am exhausted with all the sorting we are doing!! My sister's house went on the market yesterday and she had one viewing and they are coming back again this afternoon!! We wont hold our breaths as you know what people are like!! I will try to get some time to do the course this weekend. I just feel a bit guilty when I am on the computer and my sister is working hard sorting our things. We are gtting there - slowly!! Mind you if the house sells quickly we will then have to start again packing up what's left and finding space for it or take it to the charity shops!! Here we go again!! I will need a holiday after all this!! LOL!!
Pheasants are such 'mundane' birds in the sense that we see them everywhere, but they are also very beautiful. Great capture of this lovely feathered face!
I totally understand not being able to comment and have been in the same position periodically. Interesting that we have pheasants too, on the other side of the globe. Great focus on the eye.
Aren't pheasants fantastic? My dad used to raise pheasants from eggs to chicks until they were old enough to release. It's so hard to find them in the wild anymore.
Have you managed to start the course yet or are you still too busy. I have now done the first 2 modules.
